Murray Bridge Resident Tracy Cartledge, has been a dedicated mother and educator, homeschooling her seven children over the past 23 years. Tracy is also an active community member, involving herself in church activities and as a Guide Leader.
Despite her busy life, Tracy pursued her passion for naturopathy, earning a Diploma in Health Science while helping her husband Mike with his farm contracting business.
After finishing her education, Tracey regularly met with IntoJobs Mobile Employment Consultant Jessie – Dee Binns for support and guidance in her job search.
Tracey shared she was struggling to find employment in the naturopathy field and expressed feelings of anxiety, low self-esteem and a sense of not fitting in to traditional career paths.
Recognising her potential and need for specialised support, Jessie referred her to the Self-Employment Assistance program.
The Self-Employment Assistance program, delivered by IntoJobs and Mas National, offers guidance and support for starting and running a small business, including coaching, business registration, planning, mentoring and financial advice.
Initially hesitant, Tracy’s engagement with the program gradually transformed her outlook, leading her to prepare a business plan. Empowered by Mas National and IntoJobs, Tracy has successfully launched her own naturopathy business, The Health Patch Clinic, as an expansion at Chiropractic Life Murray Bridge.
Tracey is set to start her 12-month coaching agreement as part of the Self Employment Assistance program with a dedicated IntoJobs Business Navigator. The clinic not only represents a culmination of her educational and personal aspirations but also serves as a platform for contributing to her community’s well-being.
Tracy is paving her own path to success and is proud to be sharing her knowledge and passion within the local community. Now with a strong sense of purpose, Tracey is thankful for the immense support she’s received from the community, her friends, family and IntoJobs.
